back to work after 9 days off

off the the doctor for blood tests on thyroid

getting vit D and B12 tested ...

10lbs less than last time at the doctor !!!
which is CRAZY AWESOME NEWS


Day 10 ish

254 - belt on last notch. pants are loose. I am able to tuck in my shirt for the first time in ... years.
walking faster. MANY changes have been made, so there are many confounds and unknowns.
kelp pill = iodine. diet = no carbs and no caf. small amounts of nuvigil.
PROBABLY should start keeping exact records.
LOL

NOTICEABLY less hungry.
I dont have to eat when I first get up.
CRANKY when I put eating off to long though.

MORE NUTS or what not before that happens.

11/22 Yolk - no carbs
11/22 Trader Joes - bought only low card stuff, but clearly not enough. no eggs, no bacon, no omlette stuff
So clearly I the idea was starting, but not made form enough. yet.
11/22 ordered - Why We Get Fat: And What to Do About It
11/26 arrived - Why We Get Fat: And What to Do About It
11/25 whole foods - first WF trip to buy explicit atkins diet foods
11/27 11 city diner - no carbs
12/01 whole foods - second trip

certainly between 11/21 and now, I bought a lot of salads instead of sandwitches
and burittoes without the tortilla
burgers with no buns or frys

no sodas
no tea with sugar
no tea at all

carrots and celery
salads
steaks
bacon and eggs
cheese and more cheese
almonds
etc




So call it 11/21 as the start.
